Little amendment to our store policy’s.
None of these are meant to be rude but we are a small business and we
have to protect ourselves and our business. It’s probably already
stated somewhere in but it’s only me and my wife running this so we
maybe a little slower than some.

Returns- if you need to return your
item due to anything other than damages or wrong item there will be a
20% restocking fee and you are responsible for return shipping.

Shipping- as you probably already know
shipping can be a problem as all three major carriers are
experiencing issues. If you experience an issue during transit we
will work hard with the shipping companies to get your package
moving. However we can’t be responsible for transit times that are
due to carrier issues. Should an issue arrive that we can’t resolve
we have to give the carrier time to complete their investigation. Our
policy is to give them 14 days so if your item is held up in transit
we cannot issue refund or reship until the 15th day of no scan
activity. If your package is damaged we need proof of damage(pictures
of package and item) also damaged items must be returned.

Feedback- we appreciate all feedback
good and bad it’s helps us grow as a business. That being said
before leaving negative feedback please consider contacting us to see
if we can make it right.

Back-orders- All of our inventory is available both on eBay and in person in our retail store so during busy
times this can get the inventory off some. We do our best to keep
these numbers updated but with over 1000 different items its
impossible to keep them 100% accurate. If an item is outta stock we
will attempt to reorder from our supplier 1 time and if its not
shipped then we will cancel the item and refund you the amount for
the item. You will be notified at the time of shipping and it may
extend your handling time slightly. We do our best to avoid this but it unfortunately does happen some.

Seasonal Updates- During different
times in the year we will up date this to any current conditions with
the store or with issues with any freight carriers.

February and March are our busiest
season in store so orders can get backed up sometimes. We try to ship
every order in line with the dates provided by eBay. While we would
like to keep 100% on time right now were only about 98% this being
said if you need something in a huge hurry reach out to us we will
check that and see if there's any way we can help you.
